PS: Please note there will be imperfections on the bangles since they are handcrafted. Also Chunkier (broader) bangles are tighter to fit if not ordered according to your size, so please refer to the chart once before ordering. We suggest a size bigger than your usual size.

1. SHIPPING METHOD - INDIA
• We provide free shipping for order above ₹999/- within India.
• A shipping fee of ₹99/- is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) order & ₹49/- to all prepaid order below ₹999/-
• All prices listed are inclusive of GST.

2. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
• Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously crafted to order.
• You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed. Our team will contact you to confirm the details
• It takes 7-30 days to manufacture a piece depending on the complexity of design and demand. We strive to dispatch your order as soon as we receive the product. Once dispatched it can take 2-5 business days to reach you.
• Customization requests may require additional time & fee.
• Please note that we do not offer exchanges for customized orders. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for clarity.

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
• Our courier partner is equipped to deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
• Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
